At Urban Basket, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. We are working on expanding to international destinations soon!

⏱️ Delivery Timeframes

Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
Standard Shipping: ₹49–₹99 depending on location and order weight

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

❌ Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

📬 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order. Urban Basket is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
